I am planning to create a website where bloggers can create their own blogs. Although we will blog on the site ourselves also, this will be as a support for the member bloggers. In short, the website should provide the following:
Task 1:
* A main section where bloggers can write (choosing among a range of main subjects, or maybe suggest a new main subject).
* A tutorial section where bloggers can create special tutorial blogs about specific topics (the same information about main subjects as above applies).
* A forum where bloggers can discuss with each other about everything related to the blogging site, as well as asking the blog administrators about topics.
* An advertising section where employers can advertise for bloggers and copywriters for specific tasks or permanent employment.
* RSS integration to enable subscribers to receive information about news on the site or about specific subjects.
* Subscription to newsletters.
* Integration to social networks like Twitter, Facebook, etc.
The website should be based upon ASP.NET 3.5, with an SQL Server backend DB. I will participate actively in the design and implementation. What exact functions I will take on, will depend upon the tasks you can offer, and how we then structure it.
Task 2:
Furthermore, I need a wide range of blog articles to start up with. For anyone who has the desire and skills needed to provide articles, tutorials and material on an ongoing basis, I encourage you to place an offer here, stating which areas you would suggest, how many articles you will already be able to deliver, as well as how many articles on a continuing basis you will be able to produce. You must be able to guarantee that no plagiarism will occur.
In short, what I need is a site like blogger.com, although I would like it divided into separate sections for debates, information, tutorials, articles, etc.
NB: No PHP solutions – only ASP.NET solutions.
