I need basically something like chat roulette but with more features i will disclose those privately must be an expert and have good feedback if you don’t have feedback and a way to contact you each day and if you don’t plan to respond back each day then please move along.
Need to be able to integrate anything within this create custom settings and be able to complete this within 1 months time.
Also you will need to design this accordingly and be able to do flash.
We will plan on hiring you on a monthly basis as needed to help over see this and for more modifications it all depends on how good of a job you do and with no bugs in the system. And to get this done within the time frame. Also, “communication” is a HUGE key here i paid a programmer upfront on here and they didn’t respond for a month. We will not pay anything up front because of that reason i’m still trying to get my money back from them.
