– Shipping is a beautiful starter app built with Ionic Framework which integrated with NodeJS server.
– Its a PhoneGap / Cordova Full Hybrid App using AngularJS + Ionic framework
– Cordova is a platform to build Native Mobile Applications using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.

How does it work?
Requirements :
This app was developed and tested with the lastest versions of
- Android-SDK -> http://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/index.html
- Ant-apache -> http://ant.apache.org/
- Cordova -> http://cordova.apache.org/
- Xcode (for Mac only) -> https://developer.apple.com/xcode/download/
- NodeJS -> https://nodejs.org/en/
How to run :
Step 1 : Installation
- Install NodeJS following the link above.
- From your terminal, run this command and wait for it to be completed to install Ionic framwork and Cordova :
npm install -g cordova ionic - Install MongoDB – if you wish to use api-calls from mongo : https://docs.mongodb.org/manual/tutorial/install-mongodb-on-os-x/
Step 2.1 : Using the app without api-calls
- Simply copy content of ‘app-not-use-api’ folder under ‘build-app/www’. Using this command from your terminal :
cp -a [path to your app-not-use-api folder]/. [build-app/www path]
Ex : cp -a /Users/Alice/app-notuse-api/. /Users/Alice/build-app/www - Navigate your terminal to the ‘build-app’ folder and run this command :
ionic serve
Step 2.2 : Using the app with api-calls (MongoDB needs to be installed)
- Navigate your terminal to ‘server’ folder. Run this command and wait for it to be completed
npm install
Then run
node index.js - Copy content of ‘app-use-api’ folder under ‘build-app/www’. Using this command from your terminal :
cp -a [path to your app-not-use-api folder]/. [build-app/www path]
Ex : cp -a /Users/Alice/app-notuse-api/. /Users/Alice/build-app/www - Config for your server can be found in ‘js/config.js’ and ‘index.html’ (s?a thêm ch? này nhé).
Step 3 : Build an app that runs on Android/ iOS
Open your terminal, navigate to ‘build-app’ folder. And run these commands :
ionic platform add android
ionic build android
Simply change ‘android’ to ‘ios’ if you wanna have an app on iOS
