Tickerr – Ticket System (Help and Support Tools)

Tickerr is a PHP system designed to offer your clients a great user experience, where they can submit new Tickets or Bug Reports and keep in touch with you or
your Agents. Also, when the support is done and a ticket is closed, your client can rate the agent’s suport and you, as an admin, are able to keep tracking of
those ratings.

Requirements

  • Apache Server
  • PHP 5.4.0+ (it could work under PHP 5.2.4, but errors may occur)
  • MySQL 5.1+
  • PDO Driver
  • .htaccess mod_rewrite
  • Mailserver/SMTP (not needed, but highly recommended)
  • GD Library
  • cURL (not needed, but highly recommended)
