This is an excellent shipping extension that enables Magento to set shipping rates on 3 levels
1) Global Level Shipping:
You can apply shipping rates on all, selected categories and their subcategories or you can simply disable the rates.
2) Category Based Shipping:
You can apply shipping rates on all sub categories and their products.
3) Product Based Shipping:
You can apply rates to individual products, these will have the highest priority and will override all shipping
rate levels by default.
