Features
Onyx is a powerful project management tool with a fully responsive, beautiful and user-friendly interface.
Built to be flexible from the ground up, it can be be translated into any language, and supports for several languages to be available at once. Changing the language is as easy as a click of a button! Automatic language file detection is also present.
The script allows for an unlimited amount of projects to be created and managed. Users can be assigned by the Master Account to projects as either Project Members or Project Admins
,directly from the Admin Panel.
Later on, they can easily be promoted, demoted or removed from the same place.
User
- Activate account via email (required)
- Get assigned to an unlimited amount of projects by the Master Account as either Project Member or Project Admin
- View projects currently assigned to (if any)
- Edit account settings such as email, password, etc..
Project Member
- View Project Details such as Name, Description, Members, etc..
- View Project Tasks as well as their information
- View the individual objectives for each Task (if any)
- View & Download Project Files (as well as view file details such as upload date, uploaded by, extension, etc..)
- Use the AJAX Chat to discuss the project with the other project members
- Get promoted by the Master Account to Project Admin
- Receive notifications on task due date
- Edit account settings such as email, password, etc..
Project Admin
- View & Edit Project Details (Name, Description, etc..)
- View & Edit Project Tasks (Name, Status, etc..)
- View & Edit Task Objectives (Name, Description, Status, etc…)
- Set due dates for individual tasks (optional)
- Receive notifications on task due date
- Use & Moderate the AJAX Chat
- Upload, View & Delete Project Files
- Delete Project
- Edit account settings such as email, password, etc..
Master Account
- View Website Statistics (such as number of projects, number of users)
- View & Delete Activity & Access logs
- Use Classic Search to search for Projects, Tasks, Objectives and Users (AJAX)
- Use Smart Search to search for Projects, Tasks, Objectives and Users in a smarter way by using sentences instead of keywords (e.g “Search for Test in Projects”) (AJAX)
- Pagination for easier viewing of projects
- View & Edit Project Details
- View & Edit, Project Tasks, Objectives, upload new files, delete existing files, use & moderate chat and more… (All project admin permissions)
