Through this application (universal app, iPhone and iPad) you will see how to integrate the sharing of images and text via “AirDrop”.
Airdrop has been integrated with iOS7 and works on the iPhone 5, 5c, 5s and iPad by the fourth generation up.
Data exchange with AirDrop compatible only between Apple devices, works on WiFi or Bluetooth, the latter more appropriate in case you want to transfer a document from one device to another when you are out of a building. But how does it work technically AirDrop? Just click on the content to be shared and, after opening the sharing menu, press the icon for the contact to whom you want to send the file. The transfers are encrypted with AirDrop, then risk does not arise during transmission of documents.
Users with iOS 7 will automatically appear as “visible” in AirDrop and will be able to exchange or receive files from other people nearby. Alternatively, you may choose to restrict the operation of AirDrop and to be seen as “available” only friends in the Contacts list.
In addition to sharing with airdrop, you can share images and text by:
- Message
- Copy to Pasterboard
- Assign to contact
- Save to camera roll
- Add to reading list
- Flickr
- Vimeo
