WooCommerce Custom Order Statuses & Actions
View your orders payment status at a glance.
Payment Status
Allows WooCommerce admin users to see which orders are Paid or Not Paid from the Orders page. The icon will be green if the order is paid and red if the order is not paid.
Date of Payment
When you hover over the status, a tip box which includes the date of when it’s paid. You can also view the history of the payment status by going on Order Notes of the order.
Order Status and Payment Status
You can also configure which statuses automatically change the payment status. So if you want the payment status to go to “Not Paid” when the order is set to “refunded”. Or if you want the payment status to go to “Paid” if the order is “processing”.
Change Status In Bulk
Got a lot of orders to mark as paid? No problem. Just filter them using the built in WooCommerce filters, tick the order and then bulk set them using the Bulk Actions menu.
Order Page
Change the payment status from the page of the order itself. The drop down box can be found under the Order Details panel with the label “Payment Status”.
