WordPress Theme Controller is a special plugin dedicated for wordpress theme development.
After I’ve read the news about ThemeForest New WordPress Theme submission ( found here ) I’ve realized what people need, and this plugin has the scope of helping the developer and the end user, having more flexibility and “centralization”
