I always added many images into my articles in order to make them nice and easily understood for readers, but it was uncomfortable to insert images via the standard wordpress Media Library.

Instead of that, I always want to paste images (screen snapshots or its parts, selections from Photoshop, and any other images) by using clipboard directly into the post editor.

It is a reason why we have created Clipboard Images. I hope you will love it as much as I love it.

Key Features

The plugin let you to paste images from clipboard directly into the post editor.

Works both in Visual mode and HTML mode. You can paste images in the post editor in the HTML mode as well as in the Visual Mode. We actually tried to make it intuitive.

Saves images in your Media Library. After pasting an image is saved in your Media Library as if you uploaded it by using the standard wordpress way. In other words, all the features provided with Media Library are available for images pasted from clipboard.

Supports the large number of popular programs. In reality, almost all programs that allows to copy images into the clipboard are compatible with the plugin. Just try our demo above to learn how the plugin works with your favorite program.

Note: It doesn’t let you to copy files from your hard disk even they are images. We will work to make this feature available.

Compatible Browsers

This currently only works in Chrome and the latest versions of Firefox, we expect that it will be available for other browsers soon.
