With WooCommerce Region Filter, you can assign “available in” regions to your products (similar to product categories), your customers can select their region and view products only available in their region and you can restrict customers from adding products to their cart when they haven’t selected their region or the product is not available in their region.
Unobtrusive JavaScript
WooCommerce Region Filter degrades gracefully when JavaScript is disabled.
When a customer selects their region with JavaScript enabled, a JavaScript powered pop-up will appear and allow them to select their region.
When a customer selects their region with JavaScript disabled, they are taken to a normal WordPress page that allows them to select their region.
