Customization details

- 3 bubble dialog effects (onmouse over): white, grey, black (black mimic youtube)
- Option to change the order of livestream types (e.g. thumbnails loop Twitch first, own3d second)
- Option to customize automatically the #ircName under each livestream
- Option to disable button “normal view” (for page template without sidebar)
