Penny Auction Software Wanted
Hello, Please quote me to set the site up and install on the Network solutions Severs.

Here are my complete requirements….

I would like to purchase a Penny Auction Software like SWOOPO.COM or WINNERS24.COM Complete with CMS (Content Management System) and checkout.

The site would have to be SSL secure, and operate very similar to winners24.com or swoopo.com, except i would like my auctions to run every 30 min (1-3 at the time).

I would need a person who would do all the designing and build the site from scratch for me, so all i have to do is start operating it.

I need a simple 3-pag website which will do the following:
1. Have apply now buttons on the home page with affiliate links to a main website.

Excel Data Publish To The Web
I am looking for a low cost solution to taking data from an excel 7 spreadsheet and updating/ streaming it to the web in real time for a set of our users. It could be shown on a webpage or in another spreadsheet – but it is financial data and therefore must update instantaneously. I need to be able to restrict and control access to the data as well. I am not a programmer and therefore would require a turnkey solution for this. We have tried Editgrid but it keeps locking up and freezing the computer. We would need to update 200-400 pieces live data although we derive formulas from this data as well so a way to stream data to another spreadsheet may be optimal.

Logo/banner
I am creating a forum and would like a nice logo or banner for the top of it. The forums background is a dark gray color, but might change in the future, so the image needs to have a transparent background (GIF).
The height of the image has to be around 89px, but the width can be anywhere from 300 to 500px.
