Upgrade Website
I have a website www.dynamicministries.com and would like to make it more database and iphone friendly. (no flash) All my messages is already on server – we will do all the linking of files.

I need an more modern look

All files (video and audio) should be made podcast that people can download it into itunes (this should happen automatic)

I need rss feeds on the site

All messages should be in categories as it is under the arcive button but I need to be able to search a message like under FAITH and then those we tagged faith will come up.

Real Estate Script Template
What I need to be completed is very straightforward, I would like a unique design to be made and integrated on either of these two real estate scripts, there are no script modifications to be made, I just need template files to be edited according to a design that you going to make from scratch.

Custom Home Pg Design
We are a website development company and want to outsource the design work on selected projects. I will outline the general requirements for what we need to get estimated cost and time. We will start with one project and with good work engage for other jobs.

1) Custom design work is required. If you have or find a template that meets the design outline that’s fine. However, expect to do custom changes.
2) We need the initial design concept for a home page. This means what you give us we may have adjustments that we need done. Someone proficient in Photoshop should be able to effect all our adjustments within 1 day.
3) You get paid and provide the PSD file. We then take over from that point, presenting to the client and making other adjustments that the client may require.
4) The design outline will include navigation links, logo, a description of the feel of the website (e.g. clean, simple or modern, innovative); we will provide reference to other websites and the elements of those that are liked.
5) We may need to do clarifications over the telephone. A good grasp of english is required.

Vbulletin Unique Template
This project is easy to describe, create a unique template and implement with the vBulletin software. vBulletin is not necessary, I could also use phpBB depending on the offer. Let me know!

Clone E-shop Fully Operational
I require a clone of an ecommerce webshop. You must have had experience of creating this previously.

The job will entail using Magento as a cart

New Website Mortgage Banker
I would like a website with 8 active pages but have the cabablity to expand to 12 if needed. I also need a table within the website that will hold inforation and be able to generate letters upon request based upon the information in this. This page needs to be password protected.

I also need help with a conceptual look and a banner that I can use as my email signature, etc. I do not want music, flash media might be okay.
