For my pictures section, i would like for images to be submitted via URL
and not uploaded. I currently have users uploading them but want to
change this to only URL submissions of png, jpg, gif, (etc)

Once that is done, i would like for Image Urls And Video URLs
be displayed with Fancybox. This is where i want the integration.
I have 3 sections, but 1 section is for Pictures and other for Videos. These 2 sections is where i want Fancybox installed.
