We need some fast help with fixing a website that a programmer started but cant finish correcrt.

We have this website: helder.sensaweb.nl
The header need to be replaced with a standard text slider (now loop of posts) with 5 sliders and in all slides the same text (with a link to a pop-up). The pup-up has to load the posts (loop) from wordpress and load 5 different posts in a lightbox (next-back per page).

ALso the scroll from the bottom part (pages) have to be removed
