We are looking for a video specialist who can add funny visual effects, sound effects, and transition effects to make the video more interesting and professional.

We hired a freelancer on oDesk for $2,500 to complete a web application. The web application scrapes data (lots of it) and then generates reports based on that data. The freelancer we hired said the job would take two to three weeks to complete…that was over two months ago. He was paid a total of $1,700 and we are now left with an application that is 90% complete & it needs to be finished.
