Combine 2 Excel Files 2

I have 2 excel files with 1 field in common. One excel is a list of companies with company info

another file is a list of contactpersons

Both have a field in common.. this way you can see what company a person is listed to.

I need these 2 combined… because i want to import them to highrise.
