My project is a center for children of the incarcerated. I would like to build an establishment that will foster the to the needs of the children that are at risk, through drug addiction, and incest and through parents of the incarceration. My project would be using the 4M theory to establish the necessary education to at risk children. I would like my logo to reflect my mission as well as the 4M theory concept.

Email To Fax Website Form

I have an on-line form that is supposed to send a real paper Fax via email. It has worked fine for over a year, and now it doesn’t. The form uses some formatting code and a PHP includes script.

1. The form works perfectly when sent to an email address
2. A different, very simple, test form I created (no formatting / no php includes) sends a fax perfectly.
3. The specific issue is that the form I currently use will not send a fax.
4. I need someone to do this who can test it with a real fax…
