Three 3 Websites Need Editing 2

This project is for creating sidebar,footer and header for 3 of my sites.2 sites have HTML extensions and 1 site PHP.So every time I need to make a change,I don’t have to go each single page. I need someone to create sidebar,footer and header for those sites based on index page and make default page,so every time I am adding new page I can use it as a master page.The master page has to be error free and validated with html and CSS.
If this is works out fine I have other 8 sites need same thing….

Php Mysql Expert Required

We need someone who have good knowledge and couple of years of working experience in PHP and mysql as we need to optimize some queries of our site to make it much more quicker than earlier.

Please quote us price for 2 hours of work and that too of today only.
If your work requires more time then we will pay you for that extra time but as per our knowledge it will only require 30 mins of work but still we will pay you for 2 hours.
