Support Ticket Software

I run a number of programs and I’m look for one support ticket softway system. Something like os ticket or if you know of something better to handle my needs please let me know.

I would like it installed and setup on our site to my specifications. It must be able to include our header and logo’s, and allow many other staff to handle the tickets as well.

A summary on what’s happing would also be nice.

The person I’m looking must be able to talk to me using something like Skype or Yahoo and have good English skills so I can explain if needed.

Having a Mic and speakers would be a great help. As I have many other projects.

Case Management System

We are paramedical examinations company. We complete exams for life/health insurance companies. Presently we are in need of a case management system. The way that we receive orders would be first the life insurance agent being assigned a username and password to log into they system, from there the life insurance agent would place an order for their client. fields needed to be entered would the life insurance agent’s name, the amount of insurance their client is applying for, their client’s name, date of birth, ssn, phone numbers, address. (Once their client’s date of birth and amount of insurance being applied for is entered there should be an auto population of the type of examination needed on their client. The different types of examinations will be entered manually on our end before hand). Once the agent hits the submit button. There should be an automated email going to the insurance agent and our office staff with an exam id number to reference. The email sent to the agent should be one thanking them for their business and also giving them the exam id number to reference with any questions. The email that goes out to the office staff should be informing them of the new order that has been placed in the system. From there we have contractors known as “examiners”. They are the ones who go out to complete the various types of examinations stated before. The orders that have been placed by the insurance agents are also known as exams. We should have the capability of assigning an exam/order to an examiner based on the examiner’s physical address. Once the exam is assigned to the examiner an email goes to the examiner informing of the exam being assigned to them. From there the examiner will print out the worksheet and contact the client to set up an appt date. Whatever, happens when the examiner contacts the client should be notated in the system. For example, the examiner contacts the client and leaves a message. it is the duty of the examiner or the office staff to keep the system updated as to what is going on. once the examiner/office staff updates the system of the note of “client did not answer the phone message left on voicemail”. an email should go out to the agent and our office staff. same thing if the client is scheduled and email should automatically go out to the agent and our office staff. in the event if there has been no status for the past 48 hrs an email should go out to the office staff and examiner letting them know about the delinquent status. Once the examiner goes to the client’s house and completes the exam. the examiner either faxes the info or inputs in the computer that the exam was completed by entering a barcode. once the exam is completed the email is sent to the agent informing of the completed exam. a copy of the completed exam is uploaded to that particular order. also a copy of the completed exam should be emailed automatically by the push of a button through the system to the insurance company and the agent. We will also need an accounting system set in place to invoice insurance companies and pay examiners for their services. examiners will be paid according to the different types of exams being performed. it would be great if the system could tie in with our quickbooks system. I may be forgetting a few things on here however we can go into more detail when we speak. We prefer programmers who are familiar with our business if not we can get past that but that is our preference. please dont attempt to do business with us outside of the scriptlance service.

I have installed a OpenVPN on my server CentOS 5.4 64bit.
I have much IP there, and i want to give a dedicate IP static for each user when it connect to the VPN.

So i need to configure the openvpn.conf and add users with dedicate ip static.

I’m not good on OpenVPN, i need sameone that configure it for me.
The connection need to be secure at 1000%!
I prefer to start right now.

Move My Websites To New Hdd 2

Hello. I have installed a new 1TB hard drive on my server. I need someone to transfer all of my websites from the old 250GB hard drive to my new 1TB drive. Everything MUST work 100% afterwards, including all server modules which have been installed, all websites etc. The old drive will still be in use on the server, so possibly keep that running that as the OS drive, and setup my new drive as the one which all my websites will run off. I am running CestOS 5 on the server.

4) You must be familiar with activating blackberry with enterprise data plan for over the air sync (all infrastructure is provided you just need to
a. Add email account
b. Add blackberry account
c. Create pin
d. Tell the client to enter PIN into his blackberry
e. Tell client fist that he needs to upgrade his blackberry data plan from BIS to BES with the phone provider.
f. You must know how to sync his contacts from blackberry to his outlook 2007 before you do a blackberry enterprise activation, otherwise the contacts and calendar entries etc will get erased.

5) You will not be setting up servers and you will not be setting up blackberry enterprise servers
6) Most clients that switch to Exchange Email come from POP3 email environment. You must be able to take his old emails and import it to his new exchange email using outlook 2007.

8) We have many web based applications for our clients. You might be asked to login and delete a record if you get a cancellation request from the customer. (very easy and you will be shown how to do it)
