Super simple 20 minute project that pays $10.00, would like TONIGHT or in next few hours.

I need a excel spreadsheet numbered 1-100 and on each line there must have a space where I can enter and visually see up to 45 characters and another space up to 255 characters.

Both areas must have character counters built in and shows me how many characters I have left to type. (See screenshot attached to show you kind of how I want it too look and work).
