The ethnic percussion in this original music composition is carried by the shakers, toms, a swelling cymbal, a crashing cymbal, a more subtle cymbal, a snare roll, an acoustic muted guitar (the low twangy notes), a flute attack, wind chimes, and a combination clap.

The mix features multiple sound panning from left to right and back again as well as some mastering tools used for compression from inside Reason 4.0.

The piece is set up in verses a unique intro and ending.

My first of hopefully many dramatic/cinematic productions here on audio jungle.
Starting off with an eerie inquisitive bass pad, the piece progresses on with a dark yet melancholy feel thanks to the growling bass swells and uplifting moaning synths. The overall feeling conveys a sense of mourning or loss (hence the title) and I believe it would work well as background music for an introduction or end credits for a SCI -FI game, movie, animation or other form of visual media.
