I recorded the sound using a microphone in front of guitar amp and then used some distortion, reverb and small variations to get the final result.

It reminded me of a horn on a big boat entering the harbor

This sound was made by resampling a distorted bass few times using few different filters with LFO . I inserted reverb to make it big and real and then send to some other fx.

The sound gives me the picture of a big machine or some futuristic robot making noise in a strange environment or some other big hall.
