Dark Rock Anthem (Hard Rock, Metal)

Cinematic Rock!

This track is clearly divided into two sections, which I like to call the ‘build’ and the ‘payoff’. (Also known as ‘verse’ and ‘chorus’!!)

Both sections, as well as the whole track are provided as separate edits in the ZIP file that you download after purchasing.

Section A is a build which features a heavily processed piano as the main ‘riff’, this is accompanied by rhythm guitar stabs and more heavily processed drums. In the preview track, this builds and then breaks down at 0:26, a suitable introduction. Incidentally this is all also accompanied by some low strings.

Section B, is the massive, killer riff. This is a very powerful hook. A guitar is layered with a piano and orchestral strings to give supreme power to the riff. The riff works because of the harmony underneath provided with a VERY heavily overdriven guitar. This riff goes through its natural progression and is brought to a haunting close by a solo piano at the very end.

This will make an impression (particularly Section B) in any high impact production. It’s cinematic, it’s big, it’s loud, and it’s dark.

From Darkness To Light (Ambient)

My first ambient track on Audiojungle, would probably be better classed as ‘filmic ambient’.

This track has two distinct sections that make up the whole track. The first half is very dark, with menacing, icy tones shifting and morphing into one another. Then at around 1:40, the track shifts literally from darkness into light, and the piece becomes much more pure and warm in tone with the addition of some different synths and a very toned down electric piano.

This is a simple track with a simple purpose. It is background music at its most minimal but it still effectively shows shifts in emotion that may be useful for more ‘serene’ projects.

From Darkness To Light (Ambient)

World Voyage Of Discovery And Danger (Dramatic, Action, Adventure)

An epic track, which loops and goes through multiple different themes throughout that increase and decrease in intensity.

The track starts off ambient, and then at 1:00, the first transformation occurs and then everything becomes a little bit more intense and the music generally has a thicker texture, with heavier accompaniment and faster inner parts. In addition, we have haunting female (Balkan) vocals and Mongolian Tuvan throat singing throughout this opening section.

At 2:05, the music transitions into an action cue with a powerful horn line, accompanied with marcato strings. This is played over a low rock guitar and a rock drum kit.

After this action sequence, the music transitions – at 3:45 – back into something more like the opening (and variations on the opening) and this gradually settles down until the track eventually loops on itself.

A track which contains pretty much everything, a multitude of styles and a multitude of layers. VERY good for slideshows because of the constant tempo and evolving nature of the track. You could also cut it up and edit the track yourself (or ask me to) in case you wanted to separate the different emotions from each other.
