Modeled with god mesh topology and i hope you will like it, i tried to make it as precise as i can from the movie references. The model is created so it can be subdivided for High Quality Renders, and intense close ups or Low Quality for games.

Here I present you with VRay Building Materials S02 materials library for Cinema 4D. This is All in one material library for my Building Materials S02 Libraries. All textures used are custom made and Hi-Res 4K seamless textures. The library contains 88 materials.
Building Material libraries are quite useful for architectural visualisation/object design projects.
I have made sub folders within the preset library namely Bricks, Concrete, Glass, Marble, Roof, Stone and Wood. You will find respective materials within these folders of Cinema 4D preset library. This allows for better categorisation and management.
