This is a Post Apocalyptic building pack of 8. I have managed to upload only 4 to Sketchfab because of the file limit but it will give you idea. All 8 will come with its own .fbx format also .obj and .3ds are included as well.
Fun pack so you can have fun with, was meant for my Unity project but never head time for it. I might went over board with them but its good to have extra detail also textures are easy to replace if you want use other.

This is another one of my buildings which will come with its project file as well with .psd files that will contain blank UV so you can texture it the way you want. Entire building has been UV wrapped using UVLayout program so you will get the freedom of editing. All of my work comes with project files as this will assure that model has been made from scratch. I have started using UVLayout program as it does help a lot with much cleaner design and freedom to texture.
This model is perfect for any urban environment and best for post apocalyptic scene

This is a 3d model of original Ossidiana Coffee Maker by Alessi Italia. It was modeled and prepared for photorealistic renderings, close-ups, CG visualization. The moka coffee model is ready to be inserted in your scene out of the box.
The coffee maker model is presented as a group of meshes, named accordingly. Meshes are quad based. Base polycount is 48K for the model without subdivisions in 3Ds max. Exported versions have subdivided mesh polycount of 200K
3Ds Max version comes with fully ready materials for vray 3.1 and above. Other versions of file have standard materials, so you will need to adjust them in connection with your particular software.
