Game-ready, PBR, UV-unwrapped, Textured Toothpaste Container (#2 in my collection) 3D Model, with PBR materials, textures, and non overlapping UV Layout map provided in the package.

Made in Blender 3D (Cycles materials) and in 3D Studio MAX 2012 (V-Ray Adv 2.30.02), then exported to other formats; rendered in Cycles (Blender 3D 2.77).

Formats included: 3DS, FBX, OBJ; scenes: 3D Studio MAX 2012 (V-Ray Adv 2.30.02 materials), BLEND (Blender 3D 2.77 Cycles materials with a PBR Shader and colours); other: png with Alpha (non-overlapping UV layout map); jpg (PBR, UV-mapped textures).

1 Object (mesh), 1 PBR Material (in both Blender Cycles and 3D Studio MAX V-Ray scenes), UV unwrapped (non overlapping UV Layout map provided in the package; see preview images); UV-mapped Textures.

PBR colours and image Textures provided for each Material in the package; channels: Base Color (Diffuse / Albedo), Metallic, Roughness, Normals, Ambient Occlusion; main render made in Blender 3D + Cycles using these PBR colours and/or textures with a Material Node scheme provided in the blend scene (see preview images).

UV Layout maps and Image Textures resolutions: 1024×1024; PBR Textures made with Substance Painter 2.

Polygonal, 1410 vertices, 1442 faces (2812 triangles).

This is high-detailed exterior model of a 5-storey mixed-use commercial building. Can be used either in your personal projects as context building or in games & media as part of the environment. The main building’s real dimensions are:
height – 19.46m
length – 47.03 m
width – 20.29 m

There are 7 file formats available:

C4D file:
– the. c4d file contains a full scene of building and all environment stuff
– you can switch between daylight and evening scenes by changing the HDRi texture in ‘SKY’ Light object and adjusting the ‘Sun’ height
– this scene is thoroughly organized through object manager
– all 3D objects seen on full renderings ARE INCLUDED
– all textures ARE INCLUDED
– the scene and materials are set and ready to be rendered with VrayforC4D

– consists only of main building and plot ground
– tested in Cinema 4D
