On execution, it converts a mesh to Exact Sy Assign Cloth with gravity and damp force connections . The neat aspect of this script is that, it remembers all shading connections, upto component level, on the original mesh, and assigns it back onto the new syCloth mesh.
Copy the mel-script and paste it in your script directory.
