Haunted Halloween House (Buildings)

This is a high quality low poly house.

This model is a game ready, ideal for games or real time system too.

It is a haunted halloween house, with some pumpkins, cobwebs an a coffin. Great for your halloween party!

The house has an explorable first floor. You can put inside whatever you want, maybe a ghost to make the atmosphere more scary!

The props (cobwebs, coffin, pumpkins) have a separate texture, so you can use them also in other projects.

The house have and unique quality texture 2048×2048.

The different textures are provided in 4 different file format: .jpg .png .tga .bmp.
The textures with the transparency like the cobweb’s texture have an alpha jpg, and they already have transparency in the png format.

The house has an unique texture to optimize the operations within the games, in this way there is only one drawcall that improves a little

the performance.
The unwrapping is not overlapping (except for the columns, in order to maintain high the quality).

The house without details has 737polys, 1519tris, 962verts, so it is also ideal for mobile games.
The house with details (cobwebs, pumpkins, coffin) has 3229polys, 6259tris, 3414verts, for more complex games.

The model was made with 3d studio max 2010. The max file have 3 lights and 1 camera.

The archive “all_textures_only” contains all the textures with all the formats. It contains also a psd file with the houe’s texture divided

in layers based on the subpoly (first_floor, second_floor, roof and so on), that allow you to simply modify the texture.

Model’s format: .Max .3Ds .Fbx .Obj.

Calculator (Electronics)

Fully detailed calculator in a studio. The model and the studio is created in Cinema 4d with Vray. All needed materials and images included in the download file. Also there is two format included (.c4d and .obj) If you are using Cinema4d with vray just by hitting the render button you will get the same result with the image shown.
Nurbs and shaders still editable thats why editing the model and decreasing poly count is very easy.
