This is a high quality low poly building.

This model is game ready, ideal for mobile games and real time system.

This model was created with the purpose of being used in mobile games, or renders made ??at a distance not too close, but the good quality of the texture makes it ideal also for renders fairly close.

The building have and unique quality texture 1024×1024.

The texture is provided in 2 different file format: .jpg .png.
It also provided a lightmap jpg texture from the baking done on a model with more details.

The building has an unique texture to optimize the operations within the games, in this way there is only one drawcall that improves a little the performance.
The unwrapping is not overlapping.

The building has 33polys, 68tris, 42verts.

The model was made with 3d studio max 2010.
