It is a small project of a summer house ready for exterior visualization, and small outdoor scenes. It features a designers house with 2x pools running through it and behind it!
The house is available with fixed UV’s, and material layouts but is supplied with textures.
The available file formats are: .max, .obj – other are available upon purchase and request!

Constructed from solid luan (a relative of mahogany), this traditional cabinet design makes for an ideal display for either contemporary or period interior scenes. The entire model has been scaled to real world measurements to ensure accuracy.
Made in Blender, every piece of the model has already been UV unwrapped and includes several high resolution seamless textures as well as materials for Cycles render engine.
This cabinet table is created in Autodesk Maya 2013. it is a complete polygon model. The model has three upper drawers and three cabinet which are rigged to open and closed easily and animated if required. All the textures used are included in the file and the model is fully rigged. The cabinet table has 42052 vertices , 20902 Faces and 41820 Tris. The cabinet table is simple to use and ready to animate or use as a prop.
The rigging system of opening and closing works best in Maya 2013 using the maya file. other programs can use simple rotation for opening and closing the doors by adjusting the pivot
