The model was originally created in Cinema 4D. Rendering standard. At creation I used flat colors, to give more cartoon style. Acurate forms, give model more simplicity and elegance. The product is intended for explainer videos.

Lowpoly Hospital (Buildings)

  • General

    • This is the 3D low polygonal model of generic hospital building. This building was modeled and prepared for lowpoly style renderings, background city building, general CG visualization. The 3d building is ready to be inserted in your scene out of the box.

  • Meshes

    • The 3d lowpoly building model is presented as single meshe. Mesh is a mix of triangles and quads. The polycount is 151.

  • Materials

    • No specific materials for this model. Just generic default shader with only diffuse map.

  • Maps

    • One 2K diffuse map is being supplied with this model.

  • Formats

    • The original file was created in 3ds Max 2014. You will receive a 3DS, OBJ, LWO, FBX, SKP, C4D, 3DM and MAX file(2012 and 2014). If you need any other format please enquire via 3Docean.

  • Information

    • All preview images were rendered with Vray. You will get only the lowpoly building model visible on the renders and not the scenes used for the preview renders. Product is ready to render out-of-the-box. Please note that the lights, cameras, and any background not described above objects are not included in the product. The model is clean and alone in the provided files, centred at origin and has real-world scale.

    The worker have rigged arms ready to set different poses with the megaphone and ready to render with Arnold Renderer (C4DtoA) with easy node edition (C4D).

    Made it in C4D render ready with Solid Angle Arnold (C4DtoA) and export the worker in different formats: C4D (Standard Render), OBJ, 3DS, ABC, DAE, FBX, LWO, LXO.

    Completely editable in C4D.

    Red sports car concept vehicle (Cars)

    Concept car design details created according to my huge car visual library.My 3d model was created with moi3d CAD software.There are 2 parts: carbody with all the parts and wheels with axels,tire and rims.I’ve made a hole throw the wheelwells.There are no interior objects.LWO,OBJ and FBX are exported as NGONS,3dm file exported as CAD nurbs rhinoceros 3d file.This hole is a little bigger then the axels,so the wheel could spin.Please check details on my image previews.My image previews are not real photos,it was created with my 3d rendering software Simlab Composer.Enjoy my cool toy car.
