I need a logo designed and created for a non-profit educational company that distributes school supplies to children in need.

What we’re looking for is a mascot or figurehead, of sorts. A little cartoon girl, hair in pigtails, wearing a school uniform. She should be either holding a bag of school supplies (maybe with pencil and ruler sticking out) or maybe holding an apple in her hand. We’re up for some artistic input and suggestions here, as long as it really gets the message across.

The logo should be created in Illustrator and suitable for both print and web site usage.

Please PMB with specific questions and hopefully with samples that are similar in concept.

Need to have this completed by the weekend, if at all possible.

We are a local Soccer Shoe and Accessory store, called Sport Zone, and want a website in order to start advertising on the internet (not to sell). We would like to use Joomla, but if any other type of page administrators is recommend, we are open to suggestions.

We would like the website to:

*have a Home, Products, About Us, and Contact Us menus
–Home have a creative-moving slide show with different banners describing what we sell and other things. Also, a space to have our TV commercial visible.
–Products menu have different banners basically showing what brands we sell and the type of products we handle. We do not necessarily want to show every single product we have, just attractive banners that show our main products and brands, which we will constantly be updating.
–About Us will have a small explanation of who we are and what we want, in addition to images of different projects we have done and links to sites of our partners.

*Have option for Spanish and English language

Our logo is the red color letters Sport Zone and our Mascot is the donkey; we would like to make both logos clearly visible in the template and have the website made mostly of the colors in the images. Of course, we are open to suggestions and creative designs. Thank you.
