Auction & Classifieds Site 2

I have started a basic site using WeBid (a free PHP Auction). but I want a programmer to create a professional website for me ( I want all rights to the code).
I Basically want an clone of the leading auction ite which is genuine so I cannot be sued or shut down. Great security, features and appearance.
I will choose the colors different, should Integrate paypal and maybe google checkout (to be different).

I want it to integrate online stores for registered users (sell similar products as www.topbuy.com.au or www.dealsdirect.com.au or www.crazysales.com.au

So basically at the front page I want a setup with a search facility to search for an item (which searches through new/2nd hand and store items)
Sellers can sell via auction, classifieds (buy it now) or a combination of both, They can also have stores that Buyers can search buy item or browse.
I want random products to be at front page aswell as space for advertising banners.

The back end needs a good control panel so all adjustments can be made, programmer will get ongoing work to make mods, repairs & additions.

This project will be continuos/ongoing.
Better the site the more I will pay.
