I need an existing Android 2.3 application to be converted to 3.2 Honeycomb. I need a website, including site design and build, for a property management company.

This site needs a help ticket system integrated into it. The help ticket system must have the user log in, and tickets must be able to be associated with the user, their building and their appartment. So that an administrator could select a building and see all tickets relating to that building, or select a temant, and see all tickets relating to that tenant. The tickets need to be categorized by the type of issue (moving out, plumbing, electrical, maintenance, complaint) and urgency (1 to 5). Tenants need to be able to upload images and files with the tickets.

The site also needs a gallery, an FAQ, a contact us, and about us, terms and conditions, user profile, view previous tickets, view ticket status, and enter new ticket pages.

You are responsible for site design and bulid.
