Our company is in the process of developing a unique mobile device app. The app will utilize accelerometer technology on the devices and synch the information in real-time with multiple users. There will also need to be database work and a website that brings everything together. The team that we are looking for should be capable of all things dealing with this mobile app. Experience in app development, multi-player gaming, website creation, graphics design, and database development are necessary.
The successful development individual/group that we are seeking must have:
1) familiarity and experience programming mobile apps that utilize device accelerometers. Must have proven experience and proven accuracy in coordinating software with accelerometers. If he/she does not possess this expertise, must have an outside resource they can work with that does.
2) excellent time management and reporting skills. We would like regular updates as to the status of this project as well as a timely completion of the project.
3) the expertise to program an app that involves multiple users simultaneously. The app will require data from accelerometers to be relayed from the device to a remote server and accept information back again in real-time for multiple users.
4) the expertise to develop servers and programs for multi-player gaming software.
5) the ability to develop a sister website for the app.
6) the capability to create and sync databases between mobile apps, a remote server, and the website.
7) the ability to either create professional and interesting graphics or have access to graphic designers.
8) had previous success getting complex apps listed on iTunes and the Android marketplace.
9) the integrity to know when a request cannot be met, maintain the privacy of our company, intellectual property, and product ideas, must provide technical assistance as necessary for the app, website, and hardware necessities to make the project a success, and finally, must be willing to accept accolades and high praise for a job well done.

Please also provide to us the level of technical support and guidance that you can provide to our company on this project. We are looking for an all in one solution and may be willing to provide an equity stake in the business for the right company. Once our team has found our finalists for this project we will submit a non-disclosure agreement for them to sign as well as the total specifications for this large project.
