Epic piece inspired by Bear McCreary and Hans Zimmer. Sad but powerful. Could be used for military scenes, especially involving a sacrifice, or a military funeral. In my mind it would be perfect with rain. Works great with slow motion scenes, and images of someone preparing for something dangerous but honorable that will most likely kill him or her. Also works great with battle / war scenes were the heroes appear to be losing.
Includes both strings and horns / brass, as well as a lot of percussion and taiko drums.
