This website was designed using Godaddy’s “website tonight” program, and we are moving away from that service. I’ve already redesigned a site in HTML here:

What I need is a form that matches the layout I’ve already created and that works with my client’s Godaddy account. I’m using Mac’s iWeb program to make the site, so I’ll just need the HTML snippet to copy and paste into the program, and it’ll insert the form automatically.
*IMPORTANT* – I realize there are a lot of jobs on here, and it’s easier to just copy and paste a generic resume and “check out my portfolio” message in a PMB, but please listen up. I never accept bids from people who do this. If you want to work with me, you must address my job directly in your messages.
I have a good history on here, and would be glad to work with you on future projects if this works out. Since this is such a fast and simple job, my budget for this is $20 plus a glowing, positive review for you of course. Just make sure the form matches the layout of the new website.
