We recently upgraded our phone system to a Panasonic VOIP system. We are using Poltys as our Software Provider. They have a desktop application(CCP)that can communicate with with 3rd party CRM’s such as ACT! and Goldmine via TAPI. We would like to use TAPI to pass the caller information in to SugarCRM. We need to pass callerID information as we as extension, to agents that are logged in.
We are currently running SugarCRM CE (free). We do not wish to upgrade to any of they other editions
