I have a page (attached) where I have put an unblockable type of pop up. The only problem is that I want the pop up to appear only once per session and I want it to fade in after 3 seconds. Right now it pops up immediately and pops up everytime. I could do a regular javascript pop up which does all this but it would be blockable by browsers. I need someone to add the finishing touches to this pop up so that it delays 3 seconds and so that it only pops up once per session. However, it must remain an unblockable pop up. I do not want someone just to re do everything 100% javascript because that would be blockable. This is 90% done I just need these two attributes added. I can pay $10. for this.
