I need to add the 3 following features on my wordpress blog, they would be forms. When the user has submitted the values, it will return the required value as well as a chart.

user fields:
initial investment
amount to be invested
frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, yearly)
number of years
expected return
Returned value: “Savings at retirement” – with a graph

Returned value: How many years the user can withdraw that much money with a graph of the portfolio

interest rate
payment frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
amortization (term of 20 years, 25, 30, 35, 40)
Returned value: “Payment”
