accurately locate mobile phones “WITH ONLY THE PHONE NUMBER” through
the Cdma/Gsm network by using the Gps chip thats made in the phone.Im a
professional Bounty Hunter that works with LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY’S to
finding,arresting and locating fugitives on the run now of days most
people carry cell phones so i want have a application that needs “No
software installing onto the Target Phone” I know there have been
