I’m looking for a script where users can upload a video, and have it mass syndicated to a lot of other sites.
Very similar to:

www.tubemogul.com/
If you have already done something similar please show me as I’d rather work with someone who has something close then starting from scratch.
If you can build it as a drupal module that would be even better – but not required.
