I really don’t have much of a budget, so hoping this can cost me on the low end… I’d like a theme for WordPress to where I can use my picture in the main focal area and then around it, design it as a retro 80s type site…. cassette tapes, vivid 80s colors, patterns, video games, …..just my pic and very 80s. The name of my site is IwasaBadKid.com, so I would like that name in somewhat of a “scary” font. Thank you
