Hey Everyone …
This is my new project here and i would like to start on with my requires :

The first thing i want to be changed in that theme is convert the theme to Arabic language (Right To Left).
The second thing is i want is at Feature Connect section i want the news to be 2 verticals and 3 horizantels .also the same with 06MAR ..It will be easy for the Middle east programmers (like those who from ,Pakistan,any Arab countries or the person who know Arabic very well).
Very soon, I will provide a screenshot that i have redesigned the new look of the theme as how i wan it to be looks like, it will explain EVERYTHING that i am talking about here.
My budget is not much, (like 65$-100$)

The site will be a news site ,it should looks something like this site does like on the right side :http://www.radiodijla.com/cgi-bin/news/display.pl ,like where it says (في الأخبار الدولية)it has 3 news,but in my theme i would like to be 6 . I will keep updating every time .
