Logo Design & One Jpeg Photo 3.5 X 2 Inches

My project seems very easy for a designer.

I need:

a. One very small logo (jpeg) for my website (real estate agent) which fits the existing background.

b. One jpeg photo 3.5 x 2 inches with the characteristics of the website (and some words)
