Pligg/wordpress Show Site

I am looking for a good Designer/Coder/Programmer to develop my Pligg/Wordpress/Ustream personal web site for my shows. * Please see the attached PDF file for Project Description with MOCKUP.
Project – Taking PLIGG or WordPress CMS and Developing a Interactive Show site with my Ustream Account, by paste-ing my Ustream interactive code. (SIMPLE). Main man hours my estimate…will be template and coding design for PLIGG or WORDPRESS (which is really just the main header, and Top Section of Mock Design.) PLIGG or WORDPRESS will work as downloaded (with all current bugs, updates, fixes and plugins as needed done by programmer and setup as the MOCK PDF demonstrates. No added code work to PLIGG or WordPress.) Or WordPress PLIGG plugin. ** Please Communicate via Message Board on more workable application when bidding on project. **
Design Work – Template, Show LOGO, Header, 2 Show Ad Banners (1-720×90, 1-350×90)1-Interactive site Banner for Interactive Box Area for Ustream web widget. All other Menu Bars, Bottom Bar, Interactive Box, and Studio Cam Box should match template in Text and style.
CMS- WordPress or Pligg – Updated and all plugins required. Their is no need to alter the CMS’s the site is mainly a Talk Show site.
