Django + OpenCV script for human face detection by marinaloudin

I need a Django script that will scan pictures for human faces using OpenCV. The result of scan will be to save the number of faces to the db and draw a box around the detected faces. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: C++ Programming, Django, Python)
