At least 120 appointments per 24 hour period per person
Ability for multiple appointments at the same time on the same day by multiple users
Prevention of overlap by same user
Customer, Human Resources and Teacher info
all for multiple variables and information storage and access. For example/ name, address, financial , Visa status, Salary, Hours worked per period, (to be filled in automatically from schedule)

Lesson – Each class has a lesson field that is filled in by the instructor during the lesson, materials, skill or level check, feedback (tied into the customer model), ability to record lesson, student and teacher fields.
Online – Automatic upload and delivery of recorded lessons,
Compatibility with Japanese cell phones for scheduling
We are based in Japan. Must be available via skype during Japan hours.
